A Letter of Authorization (LOA) authorises a third-party data centre, carrier or facility manager to install a cross-connect on DATAHUB-IX's behalf. Use the template below for any cross-connect terminating on a DATAHUB-IX port.
How to use
- Download the LOA template (PDF) from the link below.
- Fill in the requesting party (your network) and the destination cross-connect details from your DATAHUB-IX confirmation email.
- Submit to your data-centre provider's cross-connect ordering portal.
- Forward the cross-connect ID to [email protected] so we can patch and turn up the port.

For most major data centres we provide pre-signed LOAs scoped to a specific cross-connect ID. Request one by emailing [email protected] with your facility, port and cross-connect ID. Turn-around is usually under 30 minutes during business hours.
