Route-server RS2 in Zurich rebooted due to a kernel-panic. Sessions converged on RS1 within 800 ms. Total impact: one member with single RS session lost peering for 14 min while RS2 came back. Postmortem: kernel pinned to LTS, panic instrumented.
New circuits to AWS DXCON-FFM2 were delayed 3 hours due to LOA mis-routing on AWS side. No active circuits affected. Process updated: pre-stamped LOAs for AWS now stored in portal.
Auth provider rate-limited token endpoint. Portal API returned 503 for ~25 min. No fabric impact. Mitigation: own JWT signing with rotating keys deployed, dependency removed.
