What each side owes.

This agreement is between DATAHUB, LLC ("the Exchange"), operator of AS202192, and the network operator registering an ASN ("the Member").

Service. The Exchange provides the Member with one connection to its IPv6 peering LAN at one of its locations, a second at the other location on request, addresses on that LAN, and access to its route servers, at no charge, for as long as the Member complies with the Acceptable Use Policy.

No fees, no term. Either party may end this agreement at any time, and the Exchange may suspend the Member first under clause 6 of the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination the Exchange removes the Member's addresses, keys, connection and route-server configuration, and withdraws the Member from public listings, within 24 hours.

Member obligations. Keep PeeringDB and RIR objects accurate; keep the connection endpoint and the registered contact address reachable; answer abuse notices within 24 hours; do not resell or share the connection.

Exchange obligations. Operate the route servers with RPKI and IRR filtering as published; tell members about incidents that affect them and publish what happened; give 14 days' notice of policy changes; publish no figure about the Exchange that has not been measured.

Liability. The service is provided as it is. The Exchange is not liable for indirect damages or for loss arising from the acts of other members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law. Governed by the law of the State of Arizona, United States, with the courts of Maricopa County competent for any dispute the parties cannot settle between themselves.

Acceptance. Recorded electronically at registration, together with the document version, the timestamp, the source address and the PeeringDB identity used.
